Trade Destinations For Taysom Hill

What is the best landing spot for Taysom Hill?

By: Jake Rajala

Taysom Hill is one of the most versatile players in the league. However, father time takes it’s toll on everyone, even if that old player can squat 600 pounds. With that said, Taysom Hill isn’t only old (34 years old), but he’s quit expensive. Hence, it wouldn’t be a complete surprise if Hill is shipped out of the Big Easy. So, I’m going to untwine five destinations for Hill.

Miami Dolphins

Mike McDaniel is one of the most creative faces in the NFL. The Phins also could be without Tyreek Hill in 2025. I’d love to see them make a move to bring more dynamite. Miami needs to find a way to get over the hump, “beat a team with a winning record”, and return to the playoffs.

Seattle Seahawks

Klint Kubiak fled from the Saints to the Seahawks this off-season. Kubiak knows where to line up Hill each play – whether it’s at tail-back, full-back, slot WR, or TE. Cooper Kupp and Hill in the slot would be quite a headache for opposing defenses. The Hawks are also second in cap space!

Detroit Lions

Dan Campbell was once the Saints TE coach not too long ago. He will know which buttons to press with Hill. Sam LaPorta and Hill would be one of the best TEs duo. The Lions already have an elite RB duo, but they could shine even more with read options with Hill at QB.

Philadelphia Eagles

The Philadelphia Eagles have an elite dual-threat QB with Jalen Hurts. This also means they have the perfect system for Hill. They could keep Hurts fresh by not putting him in for the tush push. Plus, the Eagles need to find more ammunition for a return to the Big Dance.

Dallas Cowboys

The Dallas Cowboys need to be more balanced. Their expensive QB needs to have a successful run game. Furthermore, the Boys were 31st in the red zone last season. We witnessed the Baltimore Ravens have the best red zone offense with the dual-threat QB Lamar Jackson. Perhaps the explosive QB in Hill can help the Boys take a big jump with their red zone o.
