What is Micah Parson’s MBTI?
By: Jake Rajala
Micah Parsons
MBTI: ISTP
ISTPs are extreme in anything they do. They shine in individual sports, such as skiing and track and field. ISTP females tend to be tomboys. ISTPs are logical, but they aren’t quite as philosophical as INTPs.
Comparison: Lawrence Taylor
Nationality: American
Spouse: none
Net Worth: $7 million dollars
I anticipate that Parsons’s next contract will be the highest in NFL history among defenders.
Hometown: Harrisburg, Pennsylvania
Best work:
Parsons has been blowing offensive skill players off the field, to say the least. In 2022, he logged six games with numerous sacks, which is the most since 1982 (also known as the year that sacks became a stat). Unfortunately, T.J. Watt edged out Parsons in 2022 by matching Michael Strahan’s sack record (of 22.5 sacks). The scary part is that Parsons can excel from pass rushing in the interior, too.
In 2023-2024, Parsons has registered 13 sacks, which places him at eighth in sacks. He also has a career-high 30 QB hits this season. Furthermore, Parsons has 15 tackles for loss. It’s incredibly rare for a team to carry a profile that’s elite at rushing the QB and stopping the run. He has proven to be more lethal in the NFL than in college. Parsons may not walk away with a DPOY award this season, but he has a real chance at being first-team or second-team All-Pro (after being first-team All-Pro in each of the prior two seasons.
Fun facts:
- Parsons is an avid chess player.
- He was named first-team All-Pro in each of his first two seasons.
- He was a more gifted wrestler than a football player.
