Dynasty: 5 players to sell in Week 3

5 players to sell in Week 3

By: Jake Rajala

The dynasty realm is heating up in Week 3. There are studs and duds. It’s important to know which players to buy and sell, even if it is week 3. With that said, I’m going to lay out five players to sell.

Trevor Lawrence

I don’t love Trevor Lawrence’s outlook, to say the least. He has a brutal schedule, as he plays the Texans, 49ers, and Chiefs in the near future. I also expected more from Travis Hunter. It doesn’t appear that he can carry T-Lawrence. There may still be some pixie dust on Lawrence from limited action last season. Use it to get rid of him.

Alvin Kamara

For starters, Alvin Kamara is 30 years old. He’s at the age where RBs struggle to run around 1k rushing yards. Second of all, it appears that Kellen Moore wants to win it off Spencer Rattler’s arm. Rattler is fourth in passing attempts thus far. Kendre Miller is also getting more involved as time goes on.

Tony Pollard

Tony Pollard has combined for roughly 17 points in two games. He just doesn’t pop out quite yet. I don’t love his situation with a rookie QB, as well. Defenses will key on Pollard and see if Cam Ward can beat them. Callahan said he is leaning on the running game right now, yet Pollard has still failed to shine.

Terry McLaurin

Scarry Terry is the opposite of scary right now. He hasn’t registered a 10 pt game in the first two games of the season. Deebo Samuel has been the rock star in the offense thus far. Jayden Daniels is also injured, so his status is up in the air I will be honest, he may be a borderline hold, as he plays the Chargers and Falcons in the next two weeks.

Travis Kelce

I will be honest. I own Travis Kelce in my dynasty league. Well, I put him on the trade block. Kelce has had a couple of modest games, but he only has 10 targets in two games. Not only is he not overly involved, but he’s also 36 in mid October. I foresee him retiring after 1-2 seasons.
