Taysom Hill outlook

The jack of all trades, Taysom Hill, has returned to practice. He is listed as questionable for Week 5’s matchup against the New York Giants. Of course, he is 35 years old, and he won’t be around forever.
With that said, the ultimate question is: Can Hill save the Saints season?
I would like to see Hill play quarterback over Spencer Rattler. Hill will have less three and outs and he can be more of a threat in the red zone. Most recently, Rattler missed a wide open Brandin Cooks in the end zone against the Buffalo Bills. Hill is also 7-2 as a starting QB, while Rattler is 0-11. Yes, you read that correctly.
Of course, it helps Hill when he has Sean Payton calling the plays for him. On another angle, Hill is the closest thing to Jalen Hurts, too. Even Teddy Bridgewater went 5-0 with Sean Payton, yet Teddy B has failed to be that same QB in New Orleans.
If Hill doesn’t get the start at QB, I’d love to see Hill come in and do read option plays with Kendre Miller. Miller is rated as the most elusive RB right now. He broke a few tackles and made it to the end zone last week. The Saints are 10th in rushing yards, but there’s certainly room for improvement.
Hill could also shine as a TE. He’s faster than most TEs in the league. He can work well with running screens and crossers. Hill could benefit from Kamara on the same side.
Hill can also excel in special teams, such as punt blocks.
I honestly believe that Hill has a “chance” to save the Saints season. The Saints have been in two of their four games fairly close. I believe Hill could put them over the top in close matchups, especially in their divisional showdowns, where they face other “average” NFC South teams.
I’m not saying the Saints will win out if Hill comes back and stays healthy. However, I believe it’s possible they get 9 wins, which could be enough to win their division.
Hill has been attending some QB meetings this season. If he gets the starting nod soon and has the same record this season as his career record (which is 7-2), the Saints would be up to 7-6. Then Hill could certainly get the Saints to a 9-8 record.
