Justin Fields outlook

Justin Fields, who was drafted 11th overall in 2021, was recently thrown under the bus by the New York Jets owner, Woody Johnson. Johnson slammed his rating and said it was hard to win games with a QB like Fields. Everybody has heard the news, unless one lives off the grid.
Fields has failed to win a game this season. It’s more vital to win games than be a stat machine from the quarterback spot. I was not a fan of the Jets signing Fields. After all, he was benched in favor of Russell Wilson on the Pittsburgh Steelers last season. He even has injury issues. With that said, it’s far from fair to blame 7 losses on a young QB. Bryce Young failed to win as a rookie, and Spencer Rattler has started 0-10. They still haven’t lost their job.
Fields has been all over the map. He went from 29.52 points to 3.98 points, to 27.14 points, to 25.92 points, 4.9 points, and then 4.04 points.
It’s somewhat troublesome that Fields has struggled to produce in a modest situation around him. He has Garrett Wilson, Josh Reynolds, Breece Hall, and Allen Lazard.
So, the ultimate question from a dynasty perspective is: Should I sell Fields?
I would like to hold Fields right now. He has had a few games where he’s scored above 20 points. In comparison, Spencer Rattler only has one game above 20 points. It may be wise to see where Fields could land, if he gets traded. Furthermore, Bryce Young only has one game above 20 points. Yikes.
Perhaps Fields lands with the Saints or Las Vegas Raiders. Kellen Moore (the Saints HC) has experience with Jalen Hurts, who is similar to Fields, and Pete Carroll (HC of the Raiders) has coached Russell Wilson, who also has a similar skillset as Fields.
Another pivotal question is: what would it take to snag Fields?
As noted, I would hold Fields. However, I would sell him if a team offers a second-round pick for him. A QB taken in the second round would likely be smoother and less rigid than Fields, as well.
It could be worth trading Fields straight across for a QB, as well. Michael Penix has been around the same caliber as Fields. I have to admit that I like the Falcons weapons more than the Jets toys. Bryce Young would also be a fine option.
