NFC East QBs: Buy, Sell, Hold

NFC East QBs outlook

By: Jake Rajala

The NFC East has a complex group of quarterbacks. There is a rookie, a second-year, a dual-threat, and a stat machine at QBs. With that said, I’m going to lay out whether it’s wise to buy, sell, or hold NFC East QBs.

Dak Prescott: buy

This is one of the easiest buys at the QB position. The 32 year old Dak Prescott was coming off four straight 22+ point games, until he unleashed 8.62 points last week. Don’t take the bait. He was also playing against a Top-5 defense in the Denver Broncos in Week 8. Let’s not forget that Prescott is the same QB who threw for the most TDs in 2023.

Jalen Hurts: hold

The underrated Eagles QB Jalen Hurts has been a on a roll as of late. He has 21, 24, and 25 points over the past few games. Take away his Week 2 game where he scored 11.54 points, his worst display is 19.40 points. Hurts is able to ball out with Saquon Barkley usually dominating, as well. He also has superb dual-threat ability, as he can’t stopped through the air with his arms and with his legs on the ground.

Jayden Daniels: buy

Now is the time to push for the magician Jayden Daniels. He has been injured, so let the others forget how majestic he once was. He should have Terry McLaurin back, who played like an elite wideout last week. Deebo Samuel has also been a borderline Pro Bowler. Jayden’s worst game this season has been 17 points. He is one of the most explosive runners at the QB spot. Marcus Mariota didn’t exactly push for Daniels’s gig.

Jaxson Dart: buy

I believe it’s worth shipping a first round pick for Jaxson Dart. He has performed quite admirably without Malik Nabers, as he’s unleashed at least 17 points in all his games. Of course, Dart is 22 years old. He won’t be with Cam Skattebo (who was a dark horse OROY candidate) for the rest of the season, however. Dart is the favorite to win OROY, nonetheless.
