Potential Jerry Jeudy trade destinations
By: Jake Rajala
Jerry Jeudy isn’t the same wideout that he was with the Cleveland Browns in 2024. In 2024, he recorded 1,229 yards in 2024! Right now, he is struggling to get involved. I believe it’s a combination of Deshaun Watson playing QB and two young WRs ahead of him. Those wideouts are KC Concepcion and Denzel Boston. With that said, I’m going to discuss potential trade destinations for Jeudy.
Los Angeles Rams
It’s devastating news: Davante Adams is out for the next several weeks. The Rams need someone who has crisp route running from the slot. Jeudy is that guy. Jeudy isn’t a red-zone maniac like Tae, however. This doesn’t mean that you can’t teach an old dog new tricks.
New Orleans Saints
Jordyn Tyson is returning at the perfect time. Tyson and Chris Olave could be an elite WR duo. I still want to see more insurance at the WR spot. Olave has dealt with minor injuries this season and Tyson has already missed a lot of time. DeVaughn Vele is an underrated weapon and he reminds me a lot of Marques Colston. I still want to see another electric WR. After all, they have struggled to get off to fast starts.
Kansas City Chiefs
If the Chiefs don’t reunite with Tyreek Hill, it would be wise to reel in a new weapon. Jeudy could be the third WR, ahead of Jalen Royals. We witnessed the Buccaneers bring in a lot of firepower (Gronk, AB) to make a Super Bowl run. It’s time for the Chiefs to keep their foot on the pedal and make a push to win the Super Bowl.
Pittsburgh Steelers
The Pittsburgh Steelers play in one of the best NFL divisions (AFC North). They also happen to play with a future Hall of Fame QB by the name of Aaron Rodgers. Well, A-Rod is retiring after this season. So, they should bring in more ammunition for his last ride. DK Metcalf is a Pro Bowl-caliber WR, but he’s not Megatron. Germie Bernard is having an heck of a rookie season, but I believe Jeudy can still fit in.
Denver Broncos
Perhaps it’s a time for Jeudy to go home. I’m talking about Denver. The Broncos could really use him. Jaylen Waddle and Courtland Sutton are a terrific WR duo, but they aren’t good enough to override Bo Nix’s struggles. I want to see another weapon join Denver to try and cure Nix.
