Where will Chubb play?

Nick Chubb is simply one of the best free agents on the market. Injuries have derailed the former Brown – as he’s only played in 10 games combined over the past two seasons. With that said, there is still some room for production for the 29 year old. Hence, I’m going to untwine the best landing spots for him.

Kansas City Chiefs

Chubb could bring some stability to a Chiefs RB position that has been like musical chairs over the past couple of seasons. The Chiefs were 26th in rushing yards per game last season. It’s time for them to dominate on the ground and win the time of possession.

New Orleans Saints

The Saints have stayed aggressive in free agency – as they recently brought in Brandin Cooks. I’d like to see them bring in Chubb. They cut Jamaal Williams and Kendre Miller has been a bust. Chubb and Alvin Kamara could be like thunder and lightning.

Cleveland Browns

Chubb has had a lot of success as a Brown. He’s comfortable with Kevin Stefanski. He will also have plenty of opportunities – as they won’t seek to drop back and pass 50 times a game with Joe Flacco. Jerome Ford is a modest RB, but I’d like to see them bring in more experience at the RB spot.

New York Jets

The Jets ranked 31st in rushing yards last season! There was no balance, to say the least. Breece Hall is a modest RB, but he’s not a true bell-cow RB. I’d love to see them bring in more beef. Justin Fields will also need help with his plans to start the entire season.

Green Bay Packers

The Pack has moved on from a few stellar RBs over the past few seasons. However, they did manage to bring in Josh Jacobs. Jacobs could be more efficient with more breaks. Jordan Love thrives in the play-action game – which stems from a strong running game.

Honorable Mention:

Cincinnati Bengals

Joe Burrow can still put up Pro Bowl numbers with an improved rushing attack. Cincy was 30th in rushing yards last season. Chase Brown isn’t quite a Pro Bowl RB. The Bengals need more firepower at RB if they want to beat the Bills and Chiefs.
