Best Mitch Trubisky trade destinations

Trubisky trade destinations

Mitch Trubisky is one of the best QB2s in the league. I believe it’s only a matter of time before a team gets their hands on him. Hence, I’m going to unfold trade destinations for him.

Kansas City Chiefs

Matt Nagy, who is the OC for the Chiefs, was the prior OC for the Chicago Bears and Mitch. There is chemistry there, to say the least. Mitch would compete with Minshew Mania for the starting gig. It’s important that the Chiefs have a superb QB2, given Patrick Mahomes has missed time in the past.

New Orleans Saints

The Saints are aching for QB help. Spencer Rattler had a heroic comeback yesterday, but I don’t think he’s quite ready to start. As for Tyler Shough, he has been up and down. In Week 2 of preseason, he was throwing to his right guard and taking silly hits, that he could have avoided.

Dallas Cowboys

Dak Prescott has consistently been in the medical tent. He only played in 8 games last season, 12 games in 2022, and five games in 2020! The Cowboys current QB2 Joe Milton has had flashes, but he’s not quite as experienced as Trubisky. Trubisky could be average at the very least with Ceedee Lamb and George Pickens.

Pittsburgh Steelers

I’d like to see the Steelers bring in a QB to groom before Aaron Rodgers retires. Trubisky could utilize DK Metcalf and play with a defense that can have his back. Mitch doesn’t need to play lights out. Mitch is 30 years old, so he can still sit for a year and play several more years afterward.

New York Jets

Justin Fields isn’t a Top-20 QB. He has been on a roller coaster in his NFL career. He has gone 14-30 and he lost his job to Russell Wilson last season. Mitch could realistically start over Fields at some point. Fields can beat you with his legs, but can he consistently stretch the field with his arm?
