10 dynasty risers and fallers

dynasty risers and fallers

By: Jake Rajala

There are many dynasty risers and fallers at this point in the season. I’m going to unfold many risers, fallers, and try to touch on many different positions.

Dynasty risers:

Drake Maye

Drake Maye went off in Week 6, as he scored 27 points. Well, he followed up that performance with 23 points in Week 7! He is currently third in MVP odds, according to FanDuel. The connection between Maye and Stefon Diggs is quite crisp.

Chris Olave

Chris Olave had a season high 15.8 points in Week 6. Well, he blew that by in Week 7 as he scored 26.8 points. He proved to be a valuable deep threat and a reliable red zone threat. Olave is first in targets in the league with 71 targets.

Jordan Addison

Jordan Addison has played with a lot of swagger as of late. He scored 15.4 and 15.1 points in Week 4 and Week 5. Well, he somehow eclipsed that with 21.8 points in Week 7. He had a whopping 12 targets the past weekend. Justin Jefferson also had 10 targets. There was plenty of targets to go around.

Trey McBride

Trey McBride is arguably the best TE in the NFL. His worst game was 9.1 points. He is coming off a season best performance of 29.4 points. This came after he scored 21.2 points. He is a Top-3 TE right now and he’s only 26 years old. I would say he’s worth a first round pick.

Romeo Doubs

Romeo has been on a hot streak. He notched 29.8 points in Week 4 (where he had 3 TDs), had a bye week in Week 5, had 10.5 points in Week 6, and had 13.2 points in Week 7. Romeo is able to hold his ground, despite having Matthew Golden and Josh Jacobs getting their slice of the pie. Doubs

Dynasty Fallers:

Saquon Barkley

What in the bloody hell? After winning OPOY last season, Saquon Barkley has failed to play like a Top-10 RB in 2025. He has three games below 10 points. Yikes. He is coming off his worst game, as he only scored 5.2 points. His Week 7 outcome was worse than any game in 2024, too.

Justin Fields

As I predicted before the season, I had little faith in Justin Fields. After all, he was benched in Pittsburgh last season. He will be benched in favor of Tyrod Taylor, who is blatantly washed up right now. Taylor threw 2 ints in Week 7, yet he was deemed better than Fields.

Jameson Williams

Jameson Williams has been the odd man out in Detroit as of late. He had a whopping zero points in Week 7. Yes, you read that correctly. He had one target in Week 5 and two targets in Week 7. With Amon Ra. St Brown and Jahmyr Gibbs, it can be hard to get Jameson involved.

Spencer Rattler

Spencer Rattler threw one interception leading up to Week 7. Well, he threw two ints against the Bears in Week 7. It’s frustrating that he can’t light up the scoreboard with healthy weapons. Rattler is still 25 years old, so the sky is still the limit for him. At least he hasn’t had a game below 11 points this season.

Jacksonville Jaguars defense

The Jags defense scored 13 points in Week 3, 18 points in Week 4, and then everything went south. He’s had 7, 2, and then -4 points over the past three weeks. I’d like to see the former first overall pick Travon Walker play on the same level as Aidan Hutchinson.
