Patriots vs Seahawks outlook

The Seattle Seahawks square off against the New England Patriots in the Super Bowl. We all remember the last time that these two fought in the Super Bowl. The Hawks decided to throw the ball from the one yard line, which resulted in Malcolm Butler intercepting it. With that said, I’m going to lay out five x factors for the contest.
Rashid Shaheed
We all remember Rashid Shaheed scoring on a kick return in the divisional round against the 49ers. He was voted as an All-Pro return specialist. He has Devin Hester-like ability on kick and punt returns. The Rams were contempt with giving the Hawks the ball on the 35 yard line instead of giving Shaheed a touch. He also cooked the Rams defense for a 30+ yard gain at WR.
Hunter Henry
The Hawks are going to focus on stopping Stefon Diggs and Kayshon Boutte. This will open up things for Hunter Henry. Henry had a modest 2025 season. He recorded several touchdowns and 768 yards to go with it. PFF handed him a grade of 76.4, which was eighth among TEs. I’d like to see him get targets in the endzone in this one.
Will Campbell
It’s strength on strength. The rookie Will Campbell is face off against Demarcus Lawrence, who made the Pro Bowl this season. He had a pass blocking grade of 76.1, which was 23rd among tackles. Lawrence has two sacks and two forced fumbles in his last two games.
Jason Myers
Jason Myers isn’t perfect. Matter of fact, he is 24th in FG%. This will be a close battle in my opinion. They can’t afford to have him miss a FG. The Hawks are explosive enough to get in FG range in the final two minutes of the half or game. They just have to get assistance from their kicker.
Uchenna Nwosu
The Pats will focus on double teaming Lawrence and Leonard Williams. So, Uchenna needs to step up with his opportunities. He recorded several sacks this season. He isn’t a Pro Bowler, but he can thrive on the big stage. He had a PFF grade of 60.1 this season.
