5 best landing spots for Bradley Chubb

What is the best destination for Chubb?

By: Jake Rajala

The Miami Dolphins didn’t only move on from All-Pro wide receiver Tyreek Hill. They also parted ways with Bradley Chubb. Chubb still has a lot of gas left in the tank. After all, he recorded 8.5 sacks last season. With that said, I’m going to lay out the best landing spots for Chubb.

San Francisco 49ers

The 49ers were last in sacks last season. Sure, former DPOY winner, Nick Bosa, suffered a season ending injury. That’s still not an excuse for a complete lack of a pass rush for SF. I’d love to see Chubb join the 49ers. They play the Seahawks (second in PPG) and Rams (first in PPG) twice a season. They need more defenders, to say the least.

Cleveland Browns

We once were given Myles Garrett and Jadeveon Clowney. It’s time for Chubb to join Garrett. They also have Mason Graham on their DL. At LB, they have DROY Carson Schwesinger. The Browns could make life miserable for the Ravens and Steelers. All the Browns need is consistency at QB. Shedeur Sanders may have made the Pro Bowl, but he didn’t play like a quality QB last season.

Las Vegas Raiders

I’d like to see the Raiders retain the cream of the crop edge rusher, Max Crosby, and aim to make the playoffs in 2026. Klint Kubiak and Fernando Mendoza will turn heads in 2026. They also have Ashton Jeanty and Brock Bowers. They will outperform expectations. Mark my word. Crosby and Chubb would be one of the best pass rushing tandems in the league.

Seattle Seahawks

Perhaps there’s room on “The Darkside” for Chubb to join. The Hawks defense was number one in PPG allowed. They have a stout secondary and a DL led by Demarcus Lawrence and Leonard Williams. With Chubb in the rotation, the Hawks can go from an elite defense to a legendary defense.

Buffalo Bills

The Buffalo Bills could lose Joey Bosa in free agency. Chubb may be a better replacement. Greg Rousseau (eighth best PFF grade among DEs) and Ed Oliver can do a fine job of hunting QBs. I’d love to see them have a few quality pass rushers up front. After all, they were 26th in sacks last season.

Dallas Cowboys

Micah Parsons is gone, and the Boys are struggling up front. The Boys were 23rd in rushing YPG allowed and 22nd in sacks. The Boys will put up a lot of points. They need more pass rushers to pin their ears back and get after QBs that are forced to pass against them. Quinnen Williams was a wise acquisition. I just don’t think they should stop there.

Miami Dolphins

It makes some sense for the Dolphins to bring back Chubb on a cheaper deal. After all, Chubb found success with the Phins last season. On the flipside, Chubb may want to join a team that is more realistic to win the Super Bowl, such as the Seahawks, Bills, or 49ers.
